Working closely with our Senior Business Analysts and a tight-knit, driven team, you’ll be diving into exciting projects that require strong analytical thinking, technical know-how, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work with Senior Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture, understand, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• Solution Development: Translate high-level ideas and business needs into clear, actionable business logic and workflows. This documentation should be understandable by the business and developers, some translation and description through workshops, presentations, estimation sessions and planning sessions with both business and technical persons, may be needed.

• Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and flowcharts that capture current and future states, supporting business process improvements.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partner with team members and stakeholders to ask the right questions, identify gaps, and refine ideas to form complete, practical solutions.

• Data Analysis: Apply logical SQL skills to query data, support business analysis, and provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

• Documentation: Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, and workflows to aid both current and future projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Business Analysis certification (e.g., CCBA, ECBA) is a strong advantage.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis; experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) is a plus.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to translate vague ideas into actionable steps.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for understanding requirements and presenting ideas clearly and concisely. A eye for detail which can be seen within clear documentation from business requirement documents through to ticket creation.

• Team Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with a team, especially in fast-paced environments, and the ability to collaborate on complex problem-solving.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving company with shifting priorities and evolving projects.
