Sales Specialist

And now we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist, who are ready to be a part of a talented international team.
The Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our payment solutions.Responsibilities and duties:
- Sell and cross-sell company products to new and existing clients, with a focus on products such as BTCBIT and our new offering SCOREX.
- Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target new markets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop recommendations to improve sales.
- Provide high-end customer service for new and potential customers and partners.
- Generate new sales/business leads, develop commercial proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Aid in writing marketing materials, advertisements, and informing customers about any special offers and new products or services offered by the company.
- Report sales performance results and achievements.
- Attend marketing events and industry exhibitions.
What is the company expecting:
- Proven experience in the Fintech industry.
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in sales.
- You must be an energetic and customer-oriented personality, a strong team player who can work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities, evaluate risks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Fluency in Business English is required, proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
