The Opportunity
As a Senior Account Executive, you won’t just be closing deals - you’ll be a strategic partner, working alongside management to refine their sales approach, improve their client engagement, and shape the future of their team. They are looking for someone with deep industry expertise and a strong network who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys driving meaningful change.
What They’ll Do
New Business Acquisition – Aggressively identify and pursue new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with senior management to refine sales strategies, improve client acquisition processes, and enhance the overall team performance.
Shape the Sales Function – Contribute to the evolution of our sales operations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the FX and crypto liquidity space.
Lead Generation and Prospecting – Utilize advanced sales techniques to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads, particularly in the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors.
Industry Networking & Representation – Actively represent the company at global conferences, trade shows, and networking events, building strong relationships with key industry decision-makers.
Recruit & Develop Introducing Brokers (IBs) – Identify, recruit, and establish partnerships with high-performing Introducing Brokers, developing incentive programs to attract top-tier IBs.
Market Intelligence and Strategy – Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to the management team.
Reporting & Performance Tracking – Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prospects, and deal progress using CRM tools, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of Liquidity tech sales, software sales, SaaS, infrastructure products, White Label Platforms, or other relevant sales experience is preferred.
- A comprehensive understanding of Crypto, Spot FX, Metals, and CFD liquidity is required.
- Understanding the target audience/business flow for the Liquidity Provider.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company's products/services.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
