Position Overview
We are seeking a Secretary to support daily office operations and assist with scheduling and client meetings. This role will involve organizing meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining CRM data to help the team track client interactions and progress.
Key Responsibilities

Meeting and Calendar Management
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings with clients and team members.
- Prepare meeting agendas, ensure meeting rooms are set up, and arrange necessary materials.
- Assist in setting up video calls and other remote meeting needs.

Basic CRM Support
- Input and maintain client data in the CRM system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate (training provided).
- Assist in tracking client communications and follow-up tasks within the CRM.

Office Support
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, including coordinating supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Provide general administrative support to the team to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business or Administration is a plus.

Experience:
- Prior experience in a secretary or administrative role is preferred but not required.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CRM software.
