Our client is a German-owned real estate development company specializing in designing and constructing high-quality timber houses. Using premium German materials and innovative construction methods, they are committed to delivering affordable, sustainable, and modern homes. As their operations expand in Cyprus, they are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their team, with flexibility for candidates based in Greece to work on a hybrid model with occasional travel to Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Study and Construction Project Supervision:
   Conduct architectural studies and ensure project execution adheres to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

2. Preparation of Architectural Plans:
   Create detailed architectural drawings using premium German materials and construction methods, ensuring alignment with project vision, client requirements, and local regulations.

3. Preparation of Construction Plans:
   Develop comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed specifications for contractors and subcontractors.

4. 3D Visualization of Designs (Optional):
   Use 3D modeling and rendering software to visualize design concepts for clients and stakeholders.

5. Application Submission to Planning Authorities:
   Prepare and submit applications for building permits and other regulatory approvals to the relevant authorities in Cyprus.

6. Proposal Development for Subcontractors:
   Develop and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.

7. Architectural Design Implementation Study:
   Oversee design implementation with site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with architectural plans.

8. Submission of Final Designs:
   Deliver final design documents, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

9. Coordination with Engineers:
   Collaborate with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers to coordinate and integrate designs, supervision, and installations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Licensed Architect with an ETEK License.

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and construction project management.

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

• Strong knowledge of building zones, regulations, and permit processes in Cyprus.

• Experience with 3D visualization software is a plus.

• Experience in timber construction is highly desirable.

• Interest in pursuing additional certifications (supported by the company).

Working Model:

• Candidates based in Greece can work on a hybrid model with periodic travel to Cyprus as required by project needs.

• Travel frequency will vary depending on the project stage and volume but will be fully covered by the company.

• For the right candidate, relocation to Cyprus is also an option.
