We are currently seeking a seasoned Blockchain Partnerships Relations Manager to join our client's company. This role requires expertise in navigating the intricate landscape of blockchain technology and the Web3 industry. Responsibilities encompass forging strategic partnerships, integrating blockchain services akin to our client's company within our extensive network, and managing investor relations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and substantial value delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and secure multi-year commercial agreements with key blockchain partners, emphasizing long-term collaboration and integration.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key strategic partners, industry leaders, and relevant stakeholders to expand our client's influence and operational reach in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Manage multiple high-value partner engagements simultaneously, ensuring a robust pipeline of collaborative projects and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with product, investment, and engineering teams to assess, quantify, and capitalize on global opportunities.
- Facilitate seamless internal coordination among go-to-market (GTM), finance, legal, and engineering teams to ensure efficient deal execution, adherence to delivery timelines, and alignment with financial strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance partner and investor engagement and drive successful outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, including at least 3 years in the Web3 or blockchain sector.
- Demonstrated ability to forge and negotiate significant partnerships within the technology sector, with a focus on blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships across diverse groups, including technical teams and strategic partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop innovative partnership opportunities.
- Experience working with international and geographically distributed teams is essential.
- Strong understanding of core blockchain concepts, necessary for effective communication and partnership building in the technical domain.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in selling blockchain & AI infrastructure solutions.
- Previous experience in venture capital environments is highly regarded.
