Head of Business Training and Corporate Education
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Business Training and Corporate Education. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees across various departments, with a primary focus on sales, client relationship management, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
● Product Knowledge (IT and Finance): Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, including their technical aspects and financial implications. Ensure employees are well-versed in the features, functionalities, and benefits of our offerings.
● Market Expertise (Brokerage and Fintech): Provide comprehensive training on the brokerage and fintech landscape, including market trends, competitive analysis, and regulatory frameworks. Equip employees with the knowledge of the industry.
● Behavioral Psychology and Customer Engagement: Integrate principles of behavioral psychology into training programs to enhance customer interactions and relationships. Teach employees of effective communication strategies, empathy, and problem-solving skills to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
● Develop customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of sales, client relationship, and technical support teams (and afterwards for the other departments).
● Control the design of training materials, modules, and curriculum to ensure relevance, clarity, and effectiveness.
● Utilize a variety of training methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training, to cater to diverse learning styles and maximize engagement.
● Implement assessment tools, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
● Continuously monitor training outcomes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.
● Stay aware of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training content and delivery methods.
● Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop a resource plan and budget for the training stream.
● Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support training initiatives.
● Establish a system of regular attestation to assess employee competence and adherence to training standards.
● Work closely with managers to create personalized performance plans for each team member, including individual development goals and milestones.
● Build and lead a team of business trainers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
● Measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
● Prioritize client readiness by equipping teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively engage with clients.
● Provide ongoing support to empower employees in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
● Proven experience (10 years) in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting, preferably in the fintech industry or financial services sector.
● Strong understanding of financial markets, financial products, and the fintech landscape.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
● Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software is a plus.
